Autotrans obilježava više od godina rada i postojanja, veliki jubilej koji zaokružuje važan poslovni period u kojem su od riječke prijevozničke tvrtke prerasli u hrvatski poslovni sustav s gotovo 400 vozila i 1000 zaposlenih radnika u različitim domenama što ih čini jednom od najvećih autoprijevozničkih tvrtki u Hrvatskoj i šire. Uz osnovnu djelatnost svog poslovanja, javni prijevoz osoba u cestovnom, domaćem i međunarodnom prometu, Autotrans obavlja i turističke usluge, trgovinu, te servisne usluge gospodarskih vozila, a djeluje i sektor za gospodarenje nekretninama. Sjedište društva je u Rijeci, a duž cijele Istre, Primorja, Gorskog Kotara, sjevernojadranskih otoka, dijelom Like i Dalmacije proteže se razgranata mreža podružnica tvrtke Autotrans. Autotrans je većinski vlasnik tvrtki Autoprometno poduzeće Požega, Autopromet Slunj i Autoprijevoz Otočac te osnivač i vlasnik tvrtki Autotrans Commerce, Adriatic Cruises i Pan Alpen Adria Mannheim. Osim toga u svojoj povijesti preuzeli su Korčula bus, Vojvodić promet, Autotrans Brač, Croatiatrans Gospić, Istratrans Labin, Slavnik Poreč, Istrapromet Umag i dr. U nastojanju prepoznatljivosti tvrtke u svim segmentima poslovanja posebna se pozornost posvećuje obnovi voznog parka i ostalih pratećih sadržaja koji će označiti kvalitetniji proizvod njihovih usluga, približavanje korisnicima, intenzivan razvoj i pozicioniranje tvrtke na zahtjevnim tržištima u zemlji i inozemstvu.
