Javno gradsko saobraćajno preduzeće "Novi Sad" predstavlja jedno od najbolje organizovanih sistema javnog prevoza u Republici Srbiji.
Kao zvaničan datum početka organizovanog javnog prevoza u Novom Sadu, istoriografija beleži 30. septembar 1911. godine, kada je pušten u rad prvi električni tramvaj.
Javno gradsko saobraćajno preduzeće "Novi Sad", osnovano je neposredno posle Drugog svetskog rata , 1946. godine i od tada do danas neprekidno obavlja prevoz putnika u gradskom i prigradskom saobraćaju.

Danas je JGSP "Novi Sad" , savremeno organizovan sistem, koji obavlja delatnost javnog gradskog, prigradskog i međumesnog saobraćaja, usluga autobuske stanice i održavanja voznog parka sa ukupno 240 vozila.

JGSP "Novi Sad" ima razuđenu mrežu linija, u gradskom, prigradskom i međumesnom saobrćaju, koja je prilagođena dinamičnom razvoju Grada Novog Sada, kao pokrajinskog centra kojem gravitira veliki broj ljudi. Sistematičan pristup i neprekidno prilagođavanje potrebama putnika, za bezbednim , konfomnim i brzim prevozom, nameće potrebu stalne edukacije kadrova i praćenje namodernijih tehničko tehnoloških inovacija, čemu gradski prevoznik posvećuje posebnu pažnju, u nastojanju da se približi najsavremenijim tehničkim i drugim dostignućima u oblasti javnog prevoza putnika.
Pored gradskih naselja uslogom JGSP-a opskrbljena su i sela iz opština Beočin i Temerin, ali i Sremski Karlovci.

What is the quality of buses Solaris? I heard they were very good and that the Frankfurt Alpina acquired in their fleets. These buses are a novelty but quickly became popular.

The quality of the buses is very good, but as we all know that the carrier is selected equipment for buses, in this case is not the best. Solaris has become very popular because the price of the bus is very low, I think that quality can easily compete with others.

I know, here in Bosnia does not have these buses so I have no experience with them. How much does it cost roughly? In Bosnia firms in the main buying used buses or Mercedes MAN DAF possible. GRAS Sarajevo last year bought a 15-IKARBUS Ik 206 now but have yet to have done well except for engines and transmissions that are MAN and WOITH

In Poland, the current price of these buses ranges between 900 thousands and 1,1 million zloty. I do not know how much it will for your money.
